I am a research engineer based in San Francisco. I also spend about half of my time in New York City, where my wife Caroline is based.
I currently work at Anthropic, post-training production Claude models, including Sonnet 4.5, Haiku 4.5, Opus 4.5, Opus 4.6, and Mythos.
Previously, I was at Microsoft, where I led efforts in research tooling and post-training OpenAI models.
